Quality

Each of SSIE workshop was certificated by ISO 9001 quality control system, we start the quality control from the purchasing of raw materials, dimension, assembling, pressure test, painting and packing, make each SSIE valve are to withstand the customer detection.

We do PMI for stainless steel, alloy steel and special material to ensure the material satisfy our clients’ requirements, PT/MT is usually used for welded area, for cast valves with BW ends, we strongly suggest our clients do RT for position of BW ends, dimensional test, visual test and pressure test are our mandatory tests for each of our order, other optional tests like hardness test, impact test, cryogenic test, fire safe test, fugitive emission test, valve torque test, DFT for painting, etc will be done upon our clients’ requirements.
